To ensure a streamlined system, processes that will be outsourced will be mapped out to identify the input, output, and key tasks involved in each process, as well as to define the roles and responsibilities of each. Development of clear documentation and SOP shall be done to ensure consistency and quality of output.
ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING PROTOCOLS
Communication and reporting protocols will be established which may involve setting up of regular check-ins, project management tools and performance metrics to track progress and updates.
