The Founder

Our Story

Marivic Fortes-Bartolome, a Filipina who was born and raised in the Philippines, has always been determined to seek growth, fulfilment and purpose. She pursued her studies in Accounting in the University of the East in Manila which led her to a career in the private sector, as well as in the humanitarian non-profit sector for over 25 years. She travelled the world, lived in different continents where her job brought her, and eventually she immigrated to the United States in 2008.

The Inception

The founder has faith in her vision, that is, to see a harmonious world where every individual has an equal opportunity to succeed in life. It may seem far-fetched, but her friends and family would know that it isn’t just a platitude when she says she would make a difference. In fact, the founder has ventured successfully and unsuccess-fully into several endeavors with the goal of helping and transforming Filipino communities.

Excelsior Management Solutions, is an offshore outsourcing company, composed of talented and experienced individuals based in the Philippines, that is dedicated to:
